Spend a week in a luxurious, antiques-filled villa, immersed in greenery, surrounded by roses. Your all-inclusive vacation includes four three-hour cooking classes, visits with wine, cheese, and olive oil producers, a guided tour of the Sistine Chapel in Rome, dinner at one of Rome's best trattorie, a visit to the magnificent ancient city of Viterbo, and a sunset meal on beautiful Lake Bracciano.

Chef Giuseppe Siragusa's love of cooking flavors every spectacular dish he creates. The course, conducted for English speakers, is aimed at those who want to improve their culinary skills in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Chef Giuseppe will guide you along a simple path through the world of Italian cuisine, showing you the tricks of the trade, from the search for raw materials to preparation and presentation. We'll work in small groups of four or five, using ingredients plucked from the estate's ample gardens.

The Art of Italian Cooking: From Antipasto to Dessert
In each three-hour session, you and your team will prepare an antipasto, pasta, main course or a dessert. At the end of the week, you will have prepared dishes from each category, and you'll take home a cookbook with all the recipes you've made during your stay so that you can easily replicate them. This is an intimate, relaxed course, limited to only 15 participants. At the end of the week, having cooked, eaten and laughed together many times, Giuseppe will wish you goodbye with an affectionate hug.

A typical menu might include:

Ricotta flan with basil cherry sauce
Handmade fettuccine with wild boar sauce
Beef stew in red wine with a celeriac puree
Individual chocolate cakes with a heart of molten chocolate topped with whipped cream.
